Tarot Readings-Intuitive Healing-Chakra Sandstory Sessions

Hi I'm Helen

I am an energy healer, working with Tarot cards, intuitive hands on healing and Chakra healing with sand.

I believe you are exactly where you are meant to be, guided here for a reason.

In my heart, I trust in the sacred wisdom held within your energy.  When we soften out of the mind and into the body, we begin to remember who we truly are.  It is through feeling - rather than thinking - that deeper awareness and healing can unfold.

Times of stuckness are often messages from the soul.  When familiar patterns begin to feel uncomfortable or confusing, it is a gentle nudge inviting growth, change and expansion into your truest self.

I hold a compassionate, grounded space where I can sense where your energy may be asking for movement.  Together, we gently explore what you are ready to release, allowing your energy to return to balance, flow and alignment.
